The solution

Tony works with owner-operators to identify one or two places where AI integration delivers a concrete result — then builds it. That might be an AI summary layer on top of your analytics (what SiteSense does for its customers). It might be AI-assisted content generation wired to your CMS. It might be automating the part of your week that shouldn't require a human. The engagement starts with a plain-English audit of where AI is worth your time and where it isn't.

Scope: workflow audit, tool recommendation, implementation, and handover. No ongoing retainer required — though most clients want one once it's working.

  • MedHeads (medheads.app): full AI-powered YouTube production platform built for Dr. Ferghal Armstrong’s medical education channel. Covers the complete content lifecycle — channel analytics, competitor tracking, AI-generated titles, descriptions, keywords, thumbnails, and chapter markers, plus a script editor with direct WordPress publish. Eight AI production tasks generated per video. Integrates with CommentDesk for comment analysis and audience question mining. 30-table database, 23 routes, live in production.

SaaS Development / Fractional CTO

The problem

Early-stage SaaS founders often hit the same wall: they have a product idea, maybe a prototype, and a list of things that need building — but no technical co-founder and no budget for a full-time senior developer. The options on the market are offshore dev shops (cheap, slow, unreliable), expensive agency retainers, or waiting until they can afford a hire. None of those options move fast.

The solution

Tony builds full-stack SaaS products on Next.js, TypeScript, and Supabase. He can take a product from zero to production, or step into an existing codebase and extend it. As a fractional CTO he covers architecture decisions, stack choices, infrastructure, AI feature integration, billing, multi-tenancy, and — critically — the judgment calls that a junior or mid-level developer won’t be equipped to make alone.

This is not “we’ll scope a project and check back in six months.” It’s a working relationship with a founder who ships.

PromoScape has been operating since 2003 — 23 years. The first chapter was running a full post-production studio: multiple edit suites, a team of seven or eight, real operational complexity, and a business that had to work under pressure every day. That chapter ended when the production division was sold in December 2019. The current chapter: six SaaS products shipped in six months. The pace was always there.
